European Union (EU)
Shipping is complimentary within the European Union (EU). The carrier used here is the national post service, La Poste, Collissimo. All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days and tracking is included and emailed upon shipment. Orders within France usually take 2-3 working days. Delivery to other countries within the EU typically takes between 4-9 dys.
If you would like an express service within the EU, we recommend opting for our UPS option, this usually takes 1 working day within Europe and costs €22.
REST OF THE WORLDFor all orders outside of the EU, there will be an option to choose standard shipping with the national post carrier La Poste, Collissimo for €25, or standard/express with UPS (€35/€50).
UPS is more reliable than La Poste, however both carriers include tracking. All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days and tracking is included and emailed upon shipment.
Please note that orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include:
The sales tax applied by your area for purchases from France. Duties charged for processing by your country. Unfortunately, we are not able to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are directly imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are to be paid upon arrival. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia.
Danielle Karlikoff does not take responsibility in the event of loss or theft in the shipping process, however, if such tragedy occurs, it will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and Danielle Karlikoff and the client will arrive at a solution that satisfies both parties.

We sincerely hope that you are happy with your Danielle Karlikoff purchase. If for some reason you are dissatisfied, you may only exchange or return Pre-Mutation pieces for a refund within 14 days of purchase.The item must be returned in the original condition as received, in its original packaging, unused and with proof of purchase.
Sale items, My-Mutations or Dream-Mutations are not eligible for return or exchange. If there is a reason for dissatisfaction with any of these, this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to work on a solution that satisfies all parties.
Return shipping and handling charges are at the customer’s cost.
To complete your return, it must be approved first. So that we can properly track all parcels, please do not return any item until it has been approved. Before shipping your items back, please email dk@daniellekarlikoff.com and provide a reason for returning the item.
We recommend you keep track of your parcel in case it fails to reach us. We do not take responsibility for the damage or loss of items being returned. Either a voucher or refund will be granted once the product has been returned and reviewed.

If you have purchased a ring and would like it re-sized, a €50 fee will be incurred. This does not include return shipping. We are happy, however, to send you a complimentary ring sizing kit if you are unable to visit a local jeweller for your ring size. Contact dk@daniellekarlikoff.com to enquire. All Danielle Karlikoff pieces are guaranteed for a lifetime.
This means that if there is an issue with your Danielle Karlikoff piece at any stage during its lifecycle that is a fault of the construction, we will fix it for free. Danielle Karlikoff also provides complimentary cleaning service of your jewellery if you feel it needs a thorough refresh at any stage. If you would like a gold-plated piece to be re-plated, this is a service that is welcome and starts at €30 depending on the size of the piece. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
In the event you receive a piece that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email dk@daniellekarlikoff.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. Complimentary repair or replacement will be offered if we deem that there was a manufacturing fault. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair. In this case, all return shipping costs will be covered by Danielle Karlikoff. Please consider and follow the recommended care instructions for all items, as those considered faulty due to reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund.
